How long will it take for my hair to ship?

Natural brown hair that is in stock is shipped the Wednesday after you place your order(14 working days if it is pre-order status) Jet Black hair that is in stock is shipped the Wednesday plus 2-days after your order is placed(16 working days if it is pre-order status) Highlighted hair that is in stock is shipped the Wednesday plus 4 days after your order is placed(18 working days if it is in pre-order status) All Shipping times are estimates and may arrive earlier than listed above. If there are problems with the delivery address listed or weather the shipping may be delayed. Please check the descriptions of each product as shipping times vary depending on the product purchased. Each product has listed the shipping estimates and delivery times.
What is the return policy?

Due to the nature of the products all sales are final. If you have any questions after you have received your order please send an email to orders@bbchairextensions.com
Will I be refunded if my hair order is delayed?

No. If there is a delay in your order for any reason your order will not be refunded.
How many bundles should I order?

The amount of bundles you should order will be determined hairstyle, length, desired fullness and size of your head. While there are many variables to determine the proper amount of bundles to order below you can find a general guide to help: 12-16in you should order a minimum of 2 bundles 18-22in you should order a minimum of 3 bundles 24 or more inches you should order a minimum of 4 bundles *This guide is not a guarantee but can be considered when purchasing *Remember to take your head size, desired style and length in mind when choosing the amount of bundles to order
Can I cancel my order?

Once your order is placed you can not make changes to or cancel your order. Please be sure to confirm your order and information is correct before finalizing your order.
Can I see the hair in person?

Yes. You can visit our salon suite at 4110 Maple rd, Amherst, NY 14226 suite 16.
How long will my extensions last?

Beauty by Choice hair extensions will last for years with proper care.
Can I get my hair extensions wet?

Yes. Beauty by Choice hair extensions are made from human hair and can be wet.
Can I straighten my hair extensions?

Yes. you can straighten and curl your hair extensions. It is recommended to use heat protectant.
Can my hair extensions be colored?

Yes. Beauty by Choice's hair extensions can be colored. It is not recommended to color Jet black hair or hair that has been highlighted or pre-colored. It is recommended to consult with/hire a professional cosmetologist to color your hair extensions.
