SHIPPING & RETURNS

SHIPPING POLICY

All items can take 14 business days to process (United States EST) from the date of purchase. If the item is purchased as a pre-order, it can take up to 30 days to process and ship. After processing, your item can take up to 10 business days to be shipped.

Please check the descriptions of each product as shipping times vary depending on the product purchased. Each product has listed the shipping estimates and delivery times.

 

 

Returns, Exchanges & Store Credit Policy

 

At Beauty by Choice, we take pride in providing premium-quality hair extensions and wigs. Due to the nature of our products and for hygiene and quality assurance purposes, all sales are final.

 

Store Credit for Damaged Products

 

Store credit may be issued only if a product arrives damaged upon delivery. To be eligible, you must contact our Customer Care team at support@bbchairextensions.com within 48 hours of receiving your order and provide:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photographs of the damaged item

  • Photographs of the original packaging

All claims are subject to review and approval by Beauty by Choice. Approved claims will receive store credit equal to the value of the affected item.

 

Exchanges for Incorrect Items

 

Exchanges are permitted only if you receive an item that differs from what was ordered. To request an exchange, you must notify us at support@bbchairextensions.com within 48 hours of delivery and provide:

  • Your order number

  • Photographs of the item received

  • Photographs of the packaging and shipping label

The product must remain unused, unworn, unaltered, and in its original packaging with all tags and seals intact.

Upon verification, Beauty by Choice will provide instructions for returning the incorrect item and will ship the correct product at no additional cost.

 

Non-Eligible Requests

 

We do not offer refunds, returns, store credit, or exchanges for:

  • Change of mind

  • Incorrect color, texture, length, or product selection made at checkout

  • Products that have been opened, worn, altered, installed, washed, colored, cut, or otherwise modified

  • Normal variations in color, texture, or pattern inherent to natural human hair

  • Delays caused by carriers, weather conditions, customs processing, or other circumstances beyond our control

Pre-Orders

 

 

Our pre-order collections are sourced from premium, ethically sourced human hair. Because each bundle is a natural product, availability is dependent on our manufacturing partners' current inventory.

 

While we make every effort to fulfill pre-orders within the estimated timeframe, occasional delays may occur if the requested texture, length, or quantity is temporarily unavailable. Should this happen, our team will promptly notify you with an updated timeline and order status.

 

We appreciate your patience and understanding as we prioritize quality over compromise, ensuring every order meets the Beauty by Choice standard.
