Due to the nature of our products all sales are Final and no refunds will be permitted.
We advise that you check over your order before completing the purchase as changes to address, name, products, shipping addresses, etc will not be permitted once the order is completed.
Return Request- Hair Wefts Only(wigs and lace closures excluded)
If you receive your product and are requesting store credit please submit an email to support@bbchairextensions.com within 48 hours of receiving your order. In order for your return request to be reviewed for store credit any/all products must be in the original state that it was shipped from Beauty By Choice, this means it can't be washed, cut, used, straightened, curled, colored or altered in any way and it must be in it's original packaging and ties. Failure to do so will result in an automatic dismissal of your return request. Please note if your return request is approved you will be solely responsible for the shipping cost of returning the product to Beauty by Choice.
Beauty by Choice will not be responsible for any items that are lost or stolen during transit. We advise to contact your local carrier to rectify this occurrence.
There is a $50 restocking fee if your product is returned and will be deducted from the total order amount before a credit is issued. Once we receive your returned products we will review your order and process your credit if applicable. Please note that items that have been altered will not be accepted and will be sent back to you with no store credit.
