Due to the nature of our products all sales are Final and no refunds will be permitted.

 

We advise that you check over your order before completing the purchase as changes to address, name, products, shipping addresses, etc will not be permitted once the order is completed.

If you receive your product and are requesting store credit please submit an email to support@bbchairextensions.com to submit your request and receive futher instruction within 48 hours of receiving your order. In order for your return request to be reviewed for store credit any/all products must be in the original state that it was shipped from Beauty By Choice, this means it can't be washed, cut, used, straightened, curled, colored or altered in any way and it must be in it's original packaging and ties. Failure to do so will result in an automatic dismissal of your return request. Please note if your return request is approved you will be solely responsible for the shipping cost of returning the product to Beauty by Choice.

 

Beauty by Choice will not be responsible for any items that are lost or stolen during transit. We advise to contact your local carrier to rectify this occurrence. 

 

There is a $50 restocking fee if your product is returned and will be deducted from the total order amount before a credit is issued. Once we receive your returned products we will review your order and process your credit if applicable. Please note that items that have been altered will not be accepted and will be sent back to you with no store credit.

All items may take 14 business days to process (United States EST) from the date of purchase. If the item is purchased as a pre-order, it can take up to 30 days to process and ship. After processing, your item can take up to 10 business days to be shipped.

Our pre-order collections are sourced from premium, ethically sourced human hair. Because each bundle is a natural product, availability is dependent on our manufacturing partners' current inventory.

While we make every effort to fulfill pre-orders within the estimated timeframe, occasional delays may occur if the requested texture, length, or quantity is temporarily unavailable. Should this happen, our team will promptly notify you with an updated timeline and order status.
